General

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted. 

If you have a question that we have not answered, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to reply within 24 hours. 

Returns

We offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee beginning from the day your package is marked as delivered. Once we have received your item, you will receive your refund minus shipping costs unless the reason for your return was our error. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on sale items.

Shipping

We are unable to ship internationally at this time. We only ship across the 48 contiguous United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Orders over $75.99 qualifies for free shipping.

Most standard orders ship within 2-5 business days.  If you order on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed the next business day. *Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Our standard shipping method is Ground. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

 

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality, yet affordable products.  

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, however, you must cancel your order immediately for the cancellation to be applied. Please email us at support@furbabybuddies.com with "Cancel" in the subject line. Once your order has been shipped it can not be cancelled.
