We offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee beginning from the day your package is marked as delivered. Once we have received your item, you will receive your refund minus shipping costs unless the reason for your return was our error. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on perishable and sale items.

We do not ship internationally. We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Orders over $75.99 qualify for free shipping.

Most standard orders ship within 2-5 business days after processing. If you order on a weekend or holiday, we'll process your order the next business day. *Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Our standard shipping method is Ground. We ship your order via major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. At this time, we do not offer a carrier selection option.

While most packages arrive on time, circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once we ship your product.

To bring you the most unique, high-quality pet products at affordable prices, we route orders through specialized partner fulfillment centers to minimize extra shipping overhead.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, however, you must cancel your order immediately for the cancellation to be applied. Please email us at support@furbabybuddies.com with "Cancel" in the subject line. Once your order has been shipped it can not be cancelled.
